A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days prior to the event date.
Events booked less than 7 days in advance must be paid in full at the time of booking.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may transfer the deposit to a new date, based on availability.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-transferable.
If ArtieB’s Carolina Fatback LLC must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund of all payments made.
ArtieB’s Carolina Fatback LLC shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, power outages, supply chain disruptions, or other acts of God. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide a full refund.
A minimum guest count may apply depending on menu selection and event type.
Pricing is based on the confirmed guest count provided prior to final payment.
We are a dedicated two-person team committed to providing authentic Carolina-style cuisine.
We offer delivery, drop-off catering, and onsite cooking with advance notice and an additional fee.
We do not provide full-service staffed catering.
Standard setup includes disposable serving ware unless otherwise requested.
If you do not see what you are looking for, we are happy to create/tailor your menu to fit your event needs.
Tastings are available upon request for booked clients or serious inquiries.
Tasting fees may apply and will be credited toward your event total if booked.
Pricing is based on guest count and menu selection.
Additional premium meats are $5 per person.
We accept major credit and debit cards.
A 3% processing fee will be added to all card transactions.
Clients must provide clear setup location details, access, and serving arrangements at the event site.
Additional time beyond the agreed service window may result in additional charges.
Clients are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at least 7 days prior to the event.
While we take precautions, our food is prepared in shared cooking spaces and may contain or come into contact with common allergens.
Once food has been delivered and/or served, ArtieB’s Carolina Fatback LLC is not responsible for improper handling, storage, or consumption beyond recommended serving times.
